Why Essential oils?
As a health coach, I choose to use Essential oils and encourage my clients to do the same because:
- they can help reduce stress, promote sleep, and increase your energy
- they can help support the body’s immune system
- they promote whole body wellness
- you can create your own beauty and household products, eliminating toxic ingredients from your daily routine!
What are Essential oils?
They are basically the distilled essence of a plant.
They are the highest grade of oil. (For example, lower quality oils are for fragrance or food only).
They are highly concentrated and work with our bodies.
Each drop contains the plant’s immunity, hormones, and nutrients.
They are an ancient form of homeopathic remedies.
They promote whole body wellness.
