Are you a busy woman entrepreneur who is stressed out, on the edge of burnout, and you just don’t have the energy at the end of the day to take care of yourself and your family? You may be ready to start exploring ways to reduce your stress and have more than enough energy to get everything on your to-do list accomplished AND have time for YOU and your family, but you just don’t know where to start. Or, you may have already attempted to make changes to your lifestyle, but nothing seems to work and you just feel ready to give up.
I know exactly how you feel because I was there too.
I’m Lianne Soller, and it is my passion to help busy women entrepreneurs be stress-free, energized and productive even on their busiest days. After several months of working sun up to sun down without taking time for myself, and on the edge of burnout, I decided it was time to change my habits and prioritize self-care. Subtle changes to my daily routine allowed me to incorporate self-care into my routine and still get everything done for my business! And I want to share what I’ve learned with you. I have dedicated my business to helping other busy women finally live the life of their dreams, feeling calm, vibrant, and focused, no matter how busy they are in their business!
If you choose to work with me, you will learn how to…
- Re-design your schedule so that you have time to do what you love with the ones you love
- Eliminate stress as it shows up in your life, and how to prevent it in the future
- Take care of yourself-mind, body and soul
- And ultimately, live the life of your dreams

In case you’re here to find out more about my non-business life…
I grew up one hour north of Montreal, Canada, in a small, country town. I spent a considerable amount of time outdoors, playing soccer, swimming, and skiing. I love being outdoors, breathing in the fresh air, and feeling that post-workout high.
I moved to Montreal for college, and I never looked back. I love the city life, the culture, and the food! My passion for food began when I was a young child, when I would watch my mother prepare healthy, delicious meals for the family. Today, I am constantly testing out new recipes and “healthifying” them.
In addition to my role as a student, I am a PiYo instructor. I received my certification to teach PiYo in August 2014 and I absolutely love it. When I’m not teaching PiYo, I’m working out at the gym, doing Zumba, or making up new workouts.
